The Vosteed Raccoon 2.0 Bowie is quickly becoming one of my favorite everyday carry knives in the sub-$70 range. This updated version takes everything great about the original Raccoon and makes it even better.

It features a 3.25″ 14C28N Bowie blade with a sharp piercing tip, excellent slicing geometry, and a flat grind that stays razor-sharp for days. The steel is easy to sharpen and holds a great edge. At just 3.3–3.4 oz and 7.6″ overall when open, it’s lightweight and slips comfortably into the pocket without printing.

The top liner lock (button-activated) feels very secure with improved dual stop pins for rock-solid lockup, and the ceramic ball bearing pivot delivers buttery-smooth action with dual thumb studs for easy one-handed opening. The G10 or Micarta handle options provide a grippy, premium feel with good ergonomics and a reversible deep-carry pocket clip.

Whether I’m opening packages, prepping food on the trail, or doing light EDC tasks, this knife just works. It’s tough enough for real use but refined enough for daily carry. For the price, the fit, finish, and performance punch way above its weight class.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a capable, stylish Bowie-style EDC folder without breaking the bank!
